Urgh. I think mine are infected but get confused with my asthma and chest infections.
I had a chest infection a few weeks ago - antibiotics have helped that.
But now I feel very heavy and full at the top of my nose, every morning I shift a huge dark green jelly blob and them throughout the day various grades of mucus ranging from clear to green to blood spotted.
It's time for the doctor again isn't it?
Is this a sinus infection?
