hi all I am 21 weeks pregnant with second child im 24 years and healthy I don't smoke or drink and my pregnancy has been fine until now

I woke yesterday with an headache which proceeded to get worse through out the day I tried taking paracetamol but it didn't work (I have continued taking paracetamol every four hours)by last night I kept getting blurred vision so I called my midwife who sent me to hospital to have my blood pressure taken that was fine and she also took a urine sample that came back normal so they sent me home to rest and take paracetamol every four hours and now its no better

does or did any one experience anything like this or some thing simular

No, but don't assume it's pregnancy-related just because you're pregnant. Go to your GP tomorrow if you still have it. Drink plenty of water and don't have any caffeine.

Do you suffer from migraines? If they've checked your BP and urine for any sugar or infection etc, it should just be a bad headache. Check with ooh's or go surgery if it's still there.
