Xmas pudding has made me bloat/trapped wind

I'm never eating it again. I felt bloated after my Xmas dinner & was in pain for the rest of the day. I just thought it was as I had a big meal more than I usually eat. I still felt a bit bloated on Boxing Day. I had a small portion of Xmas pudding today & I'm in agony. Busopan has done nothing. I have drank some peppermint tea but it still hasn't eased.

hot water with lemon juice, and repeat? homeopathic nux vom?
what a miserable reaction to have.. do you think you might be sensitive to any of the ingredients?
hope it eases soon

Thank you carefullyairbrushedpotato. The pain is a bit better today but I still have mild bloating. I got something called De-gas from the chemist. I'm not in the UK but I think it's the same as Windeze in the UK.
I'm not normally sensitive to foods but I think last year I had bloating too. This one was a matured one so probably was very rich.
