Should I go to Doctors?

Nausea, headaches, stomach pains, dreadful poos, aching all over, so bad I can't sleep. Am really sick of it now, and it's not really getting better. Paracetamol is having no effect either...

What could it be other than a virus?

severe food poisoning?

But I've not been sick. Just feel it.

I had campylobacter food poisoning which was awful, but didnt vomit once. Definitely see the doc, they can at least send a sample off for testing.

I've had diorreah that comes and goes. It isn't constant.

I ended up being sent to hospital and having an endoscopy after having d&v with other similar symptoms to yourself. The d&v had caused inflamation of the stomach lining and they were concerned I had the helicobacter pylori virus that causes ulcers. luckily all clear on that.

I have to take pills though at the moment to calm my stomach lining.
