How long have you stopped for? and are you sure the patch is still on You sound like me when I have tried to go cold turkey

Seriously the two week mark is supposed to be the hardest as you are craving the habit not the nicotene.
It is phsciological. Stick with it try to find something to do. Non smokers lose it sometimes to !
