dd has nappy rash and ive just noticed a small red sore inside her bits....is this nappy rash too?

for about the second time ever in her life DD has nappy rash, its not very angry, just a few spots on her bum, but i have just changed her and noticed a little red sore inside iykwim, can girls get nappy rash here as well? Should i just put sudocream on it? tia

Sounds like nappy rash - dd2 had terrible nappy rash a couple of months back and had a couple of red sores on her vulva. I found the best treatment to be a mix of Metonium and Sudocrem (the Sudocrem makes it easier to spread as Metonium is quit thick).

DD always used to confuse me though because she had, and still has, a bright red birthmark on her labia.
