Overly emotional.

I'm 43 years old and have a happy relationship and life, but I cry really easily. This has been happening for around a year now. Adverts, news stories, tv programmes, you name it, whether happy or sad I blub about it. Dp is very understanding and agrees it's probably an age/hormonal thing. Do you think it's the start of the menopause and do you have any advice or suggestions as it's getting embarrassing? TIA

Sounds like it.
Peri-menopause can run for years, and throws up a lot of symptons.
Google it. Lots of interesting info out there.

As for advice on how to fight hormonal emotional overspill ..... none I am afraid, although in the business environment it could be staved off with 'attitude'. Mostly.
