Sciatic Pain during period?

What's in the title really.

Never had sciatica. My body is trying to have its first period since having DD. And now this.

Foot tingling, the lot.

I had this after a miscarriage in 2007. Every time i had a period i got crippling sciatic pain. It went away when i got pregnant last year. I have only had it a handful of times since then. Although it was complete agony at the end of my pregnancy.

I think it must be related to certain hormones. Check with your GP though. Unfortunately mine wasn't much help.
