...I had a bit of a strange treatment
So, I have had major back pain/tightness, and as usual, the osteopath did his usual manipulation and a bit of bone crunching as I like to call it.
Then, I laid on my back, heels up, knees pointed to the ceiling and he slipped his hands under the small of my back and told me to breathe deeply, I did so, thinking he was going to do some more bone crunching, instead, he shut his eyes and breathed deeply and I had a lovely warm molten metal fuzzy feeling wash over my achy spine, it was glorious...
What was it? I felt embarrassed at my "moment" lol and couldn't ask. I think he did some voo doo on me, dp says he touched pressure points, but I don't think so.
Anyone had similar??
Oh and it was sooooo gooood how do ask for more next time
