Just woken up feeling illl.

Went to bed at 7.30 as I was soooooooo tired. Just woken with a headache, weird taste in my mouth and feel v sick Envy Envy

Thank you for your replies. I had s drink of water, fell back asleep until 11am and feel much better now.
