Gagging reflex anyone overcome this and want to share how?

Since being pregnant with dd who is now 4 I am having real trouble.Everytime I brush my teeth I am gagging and is a real problem. When pregnant I was sick evey morning brushing my teeth.Please help

I had this too - still do to a certain extent. The only thing that helps me is concentrating on breathing slowly in and out while I'm brushing, but even then I'm sometimes gagging.

I think it's the fear of gagging that makes me iykwim

just wanted to say i do this every morning and night since having my two dds (the first one 13 years ago!!) so I don't hold out much hope of ever improving. Sorry, just wanted to let you know you are not alone.
