Remind me what I have to do - is it dunk the tampon in yogurt, insert and leave, or dunk-insert-remove?

I used to dunk, insert and leave for a couple of hours. You should eat some of the yoghurt too (you may want to make it a pot that you haven't been dunking tampons in )

Thanks WWB. Not looking forward to this - I'm a dedicated Mooncupper, but I don't think the M can help me here.

what is this all about?

expatinscotland · 17/07/2006 21:53

just don't substitute blue cheese if you haven't got any yoghurt to hand.

PrettyCandles · 17/07/2006 21:53

Or garlic unless you thread it onto a string.

SoupDragon · 17/07/2006 21:54

Couldn't you fill your mooncup with yoghurt, insert it and stand on your head?

PrettyCandles · 17/07/2006 21:54

J&R'sM - natural remedy for mildly unpleasant conditions in the lady-bits.

Trouble is, you have to fold up the Mooncup to insert it, so everything would spill out.

I did contemplate trying a turkey baster.

And then inserting the Mooncup as a bung.
