bruised face

accidentally walloped my face with a wooden post that fell over during the week. skillBlush

I have pain in my forehead and cheek but no bruise has come up. Any suggestions on What can I do to alleviate the pain? can I put arnica cream on my face? cold compress?

Frozen peas wrapped in a tea towel? Paracetamol/ibuprofen for the pain plus chocolate for the feeling sorry for yourself.Smile
