Numb left big toe?

Since Saturday morning I have had a numb cold big toe,I can still feel it but it's weird, numb is the best way I can explain it,I notice it most when I wake up in the morning.
If anyone can give me an idea what is up with it then that would be great or else il go and waste NHS's time.
Google is useless & potentially scary .

Brief history I have not severe sciatica managed with some exercise since having Dc and I'm in my early 20's.

I did go out on Friday wearing killer high heels but not really sure if that's relevant...?

Yep the killer heels are the cause of the frozen toe.
You have trapped a nerve just above your toe.Its a bit like localised pins and needles.

The feeling will come back soon if you dont wear the heels again too quickly.

Sciatica is one possible cause. Gout, B12 deficiency, diabetes are also possible.

I had this.....eventually figured out it was the way I laced up my converse that trapped a nerve.......

I get this if I we one pair of flat pumps, presume they trap a nerve. Feeling comes back aft a few days.

thanks for the replies so quickly ,killer high heels will return to the cupboard for another few Months before being worn again.,I don't wear them very often at most 3 times a year.

I hope I regain feeling soon as it has been near enough a week now but unless my toe drops off in the night I suppose I won't worry so much.
I will google gout and b12 deficiency thank you..

Mine took a few months to subside to be honest, I'd been wearing my converse daily tied in the same way...I asked the GP when I was there for another reason and she told me nerves can take an age to settle down!
