is it even a sprain? I twisted my ankle earlier today, it bloody hurt at the time (ankle is weak after i got attacked by a dog years back) - ironically i was walking my dogs today and it just went!

Pain went off and i wasnt really limping, then as the evening has gone on its bloody killing me. I only have some deep heat but you aren't supposed to use that are you?

I can't face the packet of peas, im cold!

I'm afraid peas is correct. RICE for sprains and strains. Rest, ice, compress and elevate.

Hope you feel better soon - is there anyone who can run round after you for a bit whilst you rest it?

Ha! No I have to walk my mums dog as she has a broken back - what a pair! What is the difference between a sprain and a strain?
