Dentist Treatment plan and exemptions.... help

right will try to make this short!

located an nhs dentist in feb but only got appointment in may.

treatment plan set and over 4 appointments (last one next fri) work was done. But at treatment plan appt dentist commented I'd need a crown as well but to do everything else first. I said yes but said would I get it done before exemption run out - he said yes.

anyway - dentist leaves practice at end of july, new nhs dentist arrives at end of august.

been told i'll need an appointment with her to set up a new treatment plan to include this crown and another filling.

Anyway - exemption runs out on 19th sept

I really would like this to be covered by exemption so

a) does treatment plan need to be set before this date to get it paid

or

b) do i need the treatment completed by end of exemption???

and if i'll have to pay - what's the going rate for a crown nowadays?

Fraid don't know ans to your other questions but I was told about 400 private for a crown (white) and about £180 for nhs one - only came in silver or gold

oh, i've had a white nhs one before - don't think I could have gold.
