Cold flannel and keep it raised? Aloe vera is good for the burn.

dh had this on hol, and an american lady suggested a bowl of ice and vodka (seriously!) then aloe vera. It worked like magic. The vodka is supposed to 'draw' the burn out, ice reduces swelling and Aloe Vera works a treat at soothing the burn.
Dh went from red and swollen to a bit pinkish in a few hours.
