Epilepsy meds and pmt?

Hi there, my 31 year old cousin has epilepsy and is on epilum, she also has the most horrendous pmt and mt !! Can you suggest any herbal remedies or any ideas in general to help her? It's really getting her down. Thanks guys x

Need to be careful - many herbal remedies not suitable. People with epilepsy should not take evening primrose oil or St John's Wort. I have similar issues but take Tegretol this manages the epilepsy and also the PMT symptoms - there is a link between my epilepsy and exacerbation of PMT symptoms. I would go back to whoever is in charge of her care - medication review may help.
