back even worse cant get up

I posted before about my back it has got worse over night I can't even get up. Managed to move into dds room as dh is asleep in our bed after night shift, but it was agony moving in here. I'm starting to need the loo but not sure what I'll do. Last night I tried to use it but couldn't sit down. I had a dr appt but have called them to explain dr is going to ring me back. What should I do should I keep trying to move about or rest. I have taken some painkillers it is not hurting while I lie down but moving is awful.

Can you actually go for a wee? If unable to you should call an ambulance. That is physically can't rather than can't sit on the loo.

Sounds like severe spasm. I would use a hot water bottle and keep comfortable until seen by GP. He may give you diazepam to reduce the spasm plus painkillers.

I think I can go but just can't get to loo luckily ok so far. I talked to dr on phone and he recommended codiene I will ask dh to get it later.
