Christmas weight?

Do you expect to gain a bit of weight over Christmas? How much?

I've had weight problems in the past and have kept my weight stable now for about 15 months at 9 st 5

I plan to just eat 'normally' with the odd treat on Christmas Day, like chocolates and cheese and crackers. I view Christmas as one day and not a period of days on end where I must stuff my face.

This is really boring but keeps me on the straight and narrow and I'd probably expect to stay the same weight or have a minimal gain of 2lbs

Yes, me too. I try to eat well the whole time but I may well over do the nuts on Christmas day. Oh, and wine too. :0)
