Would OOH be able to stop the bleeding?

I have something wrong with my cervix.

I'm not entirely sure what. Originally it was supposed tobe a uurethral problem, so I had an operation back in March to fix it. Then in September I mentioned that there was still quite heavy and random bleeding, and a female doctor did an internal eexamination. She saw polyps, and ordered STIs tests and a gynea referral.

STI tests came back clear, as expected. Gynea referral still isn't through. They are struggling because I'm not very mobile in the week, due to disabilities. Meanwhile, the bleeding started again yesterday and is heavier than my periods usually are. The cramps are pretty bad, too. It hurts so much.

I'm already on morphine etc for my existing problems so taking more pain relief isn't an option. NHS direct will send me to A&E rregardless of what I call them for, because of the morphine. So is it worth me going, or will they send me away without doing anything?

I can't cope with this anymore.

There are tablets that you can take, but I don't know if they work for cervical problems.

You sound like you have a lot in your plate and are quite poorly, in your shoes I would go to A&E. They would probably get a Gynae doctor down to see you and it might bump you through the system a bit.

Tablets would be good... I think iron would be good too, I feel so faint and tired.

Waiting for NHS direct to call back. Passing clots now. Pain might be slightly better, oddly? I'm so lost with what to do.

A&E is for emergencies and bad accidents.

I would ring OOH doc.
