Spoke to Claires where she had it done and they said it was fine and common.

Thing is as it is is getting bigger I am worrying more. Tried to get it out but it won't undo.

What should I do?

Thanks

have you put some salt water on it?

is it where the hole is or next to it?

if you cant get earing out i would take her to hospital for them to take it out...

I would have thought as long as you keep cleaning the ear and turning the stud regularly you shouldn't have a problem.
Probably just wear the skin has been pushed to the side. Keep an eye on the butterfly that it doesn't dig into her ear.

*where

It's behind the ear. I have bathed it but I am not sure if it will get infected?

i used to do ear piercing. without seeing it obviously, it sounds sort of like scar tissue, depending on how long ago her ears were pierced.

iv had quite a few ear piercings, and some of the piercings got a lump on the back, for me these were filled with pus (sorry!) is she in pain? when this happened to me i twisted the earring, or pushed it gently to 1 side, this will let the pus out if there is any, it will then clear up with regular cleaning.
hope shes ok!

Well it burst yesterday and was just water with a bit of blood in it.

I was so worried as couldn;t get it out.

Wonder what that was then?
