Anyone had a cystoscopy recently?!

Hi Fated, I had one about 5 months ago, but under GA. I was offered the option of either a GA or a local and went for the GA as didn't really fancy the thought of being awake for it! Could you go back and push for a GA? They might be happy to do it if you ask. I felt absolutely fine afterwards - the worst I had was that it was quite nippy when I peed afterwards, but that sorted itself out within a day, so nothing to worry about in terms of pain afterwards. Sorry that I can't help further about the local.
