Hoping someone can reassure me. I've had a headache for 3 days which isn't too unusual as sometimes I get dehydrated and forget to drink. I've been utterly exhausted also and have been falling asleep as soon as I get home from work. Today I phoned in sick and have been in bed sleeping on and off. I've also been incredibly itchy on my face and neck but no rash. I've just got up now to feed my very patient cats and noticed on my arms there are teeny weeny smaller than pin prick blood dots. Do you think it could just be a viral thing or linked to exhaustion? I've worked 12 days straight without a break. I'm going to attempt to go into work tonight but not if I've got something contagious.
