stomach gurgling...

I've had gastoentroistus (sp?) for 3 days I'm now 24 hours clear of vomiting and 12 hours clear of diarrhoea and managed to keep down half a sandwich but my stomach is making some crazy noises any idea how long till.the gurgling and churning stops? Bloody Fed up.and managed to give the whole.family it! Now feel guilty and ill!

Hi, sorry to hear you're ill, it's grim isn't it? I had it last week, came down with it Wednesday night. Last d&v symptom was Thursday afternoon. Stomach was still gurgling Saturday afternoon. Completely back to normal Sunday.

So, I would say if your stomach is complaining, take it as easy as possible and stick to bland food for a bit longer.
