can anyone calm me down throat problems

Iv had ongoing 4/5 weeks flem in throat/sore been to docs 4x and waiting for chest x ray and thing up nose down throat ....as slight streaks blood in flem ...when coughing up ...not every day happened 2 times and then just now very tiny bit (sorry sounds awful ) iv just had one ear unblocked at docs as full of wax and got to have other one done monday , so have been congested , nose blocked in morning but bit better now as got nasal spray ...

im in total melt down now worried i have TC ...doc says not and thinks its my anxiety and blood vessel in throat ... I'm convinced otherwise, she said was doing these tests to give me more reassurance as she knows I am worried ...had full bloods done and all came back normal ....

anyone had this procedure done ......or similar symptoms ....

TC, do you mean TB? You would be totally exhausted if you had TB and be breathless?

Listen to the doctor, bloods are normal, try not to worry so much.

I had X-rays recently with suspected tb or other as had high ESR in blood results. X-ray normal but think I may have had walking pneumonia. All ok on 2 nd X-ray with a bit of residual scarring but lots of bad bugs around just now so don't worry.

no didn't mean TB , meant throat C ...thanks though hopefully neither of the above ...

I know it's easy for me to say but try not to worry. Streaks of blood in phlegm is normal if you have been coughing a lot/ for a period of time as the blood vessels in your throat get irritated by the coughing and sometimes bleed.

thank you , none today as yet ... just sore throat and blocked ear and sinus sniffs ...if that makes sense , goigntomz to have other ear unblocked hoping things will settle after that ..

If it helps to know at all, I'm into week 5 of this. It's exactly like you said. I'm pretty sure the nurse is sick of the sight of me and my blocked ears....

really caja ? the only thing on a plus is now one ear un blocked would seem ....i think ...im coughing up less stuff ....but throat sore and feeling try sorry for myself ....

I'm a bit jealous that you have one ear unblocked. I've been unable to hear all weekend!

The sore throat is a killer, it's the worst I've has a while. I hate coughing, too, and I've used so many boxes of tissues.

I hope you get well soon :) hopefully neither of us can have it for much longer!

thanks yes one unblocked other not ...she said if can't do tomz i will need to have it removed another way !!!

throat so sore to but flem seems to have eased a little ....slight runny nose and sneezing more ....

everything crossed can hear tomz and things will improve ...

have you tried have yours syringed? or is yours part of cold mine waxed right up ...
