Ok there will be no pictures. Angry I have fat tummy/cesarean bay window and even though I am scrupulous at keeping it squeaky clean it keeps going. ..all yukky.Tonight it was covered in white ooze (which was kinda stinky). Skin is fragile and a bit sore but not broken. I put sudacrem on it to heal but think it needs to be dry. What shall I do? Blush

Sorry not sure what a bay window tummy is, do you mean folds hanging over your cs scar? Also you don't mention if this is a new scar so, assuming it's not new and has healed I suggest you have a bit of a fungal infection like thrush in there. It's a warm moist area so ideal conditions for it. I would try keeping it as dry as possible, maybe sprinkling a bit of athletes foot powder on. If you can tuck a thin dry gauze swab in to absorb sweat it will help. You can get gauze from the chemist. Dry all folds very carefully after shower.

But...if it's a newish wound that oozing go to you GP for a wound swab.

HTH.
