Sorry it's a bit grim, i know.

Ive let my earlobe piercings close over. Havent had an earring in for about 3/4 years nor even tried to. This morning i noticed one of the holes had what looked like the white head of a zit on it so i squeezed and it popped and some pus like stuff came out. I gave it a good wash with soap and then a baby wipe but there is a horrible smell coming from it now even though i have cleaned it again. What should i do? Its infected right? (No idea how, i thought it was completely closed over)

Does sound like it, i would use anti-sceptic cream on it, also bathe it in salt water and if its still the same tomorrow go to the doctors or ask at pharmacist (could i guess go to ooh pharmacy now if you could be arsed but i doubt it will fall off between now and tomorrow - doe sit hurt? )

Nope no pain. Its a bit hot though. Will wash it and see if i have antiseptic cream. If i dont would tea tree do? I have that. I wont bother OOH with it. Not sore at all and i can go to chemist tomorrow. Thanks lem

Mine did that. I ended up having them repierced which solved it Grin
It's just dead skin and debris, keep cleaning with salt water

Mine occasionally get hot and itchy if I wear cheap earrings a drop of lavender oil rubbed in soon sorts them out.
