Having a GA tomorrow, can't remember the rules!

GA for a minor op tomorrow and I've lost the letter. They've said come in at 1, what can I eat and drink when?

I remember them saying eat at x but then only drink til y but then nothing. Can't remember the times tho. Anything else I need to do in preparation?

Iirc it's no food and only water from 12 hours before hand. Ring the hospital first thing to double check as it'd be a huge waste of time for everyone if you got there only to be turned away.

If morning admission, nothing from midnight, if afternoon admission, tea and toast before 7am, then no water after 10am.
