That's it really! Due to have a mammogram just for peace of mind as with my breast tissue its hard to know what's normal.
Anyway, appointment has come through at point in my cycle when breasts will be sore.
Is it ok to take a couple of nurofen an hour before my appointment to reduce the discomfort?
I assume this would be fine and wouldn't affect results? The things I worry about!! although may be focusing on this as scared in case they find anything

Afaik, yes, it's even a good idea! It won't affect the mammogram in any way, and I know they can sometimes be a bit hurty. I hope you get a gentle radiographer!

Had my mammogram today. Nurofen took the edge off and no problems were found - if anyone reads this would def recommended taking some. Thanks both Smile
