uterus/cervix sharp pain when i sit

Hi ladies,
Just looking for reassurance please re above. Its only for a few days now and again. Not all of the time or regular. I have a 7 months old - vaginal birth. Its literally only as I sit, then it goes.

Advice please xx

Also, have noticed a lot of discharge (tmi sorry) when I wipe in the last few days so possibly an ovulation symptom? it could be around the right time
