what about his back-up?

SoupDragon · 08/07/2006 21:09

scarey

edam · 08/07/2006 21:09

Blimey, that must be terrifying Misdee. Does that mean Peter might have to go back into hospital?

misdee · 08/07/2006 21:09

atm, they wont switch it over. have told him to drink more to keep his flows up and they are 'keeping an eye'. but if it carries on then he wont be able to come home next weekend.

misdee · 08/07/2006 21:10

Was he due to come home for the weekend or longer?
Either way, I hope it settles down, it must be so scary for all of you.

misdee · 08/07/2006 21:26

not today, as thw car is in for repairs so no way of getting him home and back. but was planning for next weekend.

Oh, shit, Misdee How scary! How is Peter?

Can you not get to the hospital at all this weekend then? I'd give you a lift, but think it'd be a logistical nightmare

hermykne · 08/07/2006 21:29

misdee i see oyur threads regularly and dont comment but god oyu really are amazing and so young with three babies and your husband so ill. i know its been said before to you but you amaze me and i have this pic in my head of what you look like, kinda know ouyr girls via thier member profiles and then peter in the paper but just huge admiration for you even thou its very tough.

misdee · 08/07/2006 21:33

i'll be there tomorrow hunker. its just very annoying and a tad scary. the big alarm has never gone off before. it could just be he is dehydrated, and it could just be the flows, but it may be the whole machine.

hunkermunker · 08/07/2006 21:35

Might see you then - what time do you think you'll be there? Not sure what we're doing - DH went about 5.30 today (we tried and failed to get DS1 to have a nap in his new bed so decided to go to Harefield...!).

hermykne, she's as amazing as you think and then some.

misdee · 08/07/2006 21:37

stop making me

i think i'll be there most of the day with dd2+3 as dd1 is off with peters mum for the day visiting people down on the south coast. probably arriving about 11am at a guess.

oh bollocks misdee.

Sorry I have lost track - is he in hossie atm? Or did this happen at home?

I managed to get hold of a copy of Peter's article btw - I showed it to lots of people whilst saying "I'm friends with his wife, you know" in a coat-tail hanger-on kind of way (and obviously didn't fess up how I knew you)

hunkermunker · 08/07/2006 21:46

Can't not say it, Misdee, it's true

Will text you to let you know what we're doing.

(Miaou, have emailed you )

misdee · 08/07/2006 21:48
