Tingling in head

I have been having tingling in my head/ around my eyes for quite a while - the practice nurse at the previous gp thought it was due to my ears/sinuses being blocked - apparently I have got perennial rhinitis.

My neck and shoulders are also very stiff due to sitting at computer and if I rub my neck can feel a lot of tension/pain and also crackling sound.

I am also perimenopausal which seems to have thrown up many odd symptoms over the years.

I have had my eyes and pressure checked recently - all ok.

I really should get this checked out again with the GP but just wondered if others had this symptom.

I get this as a symptom of anxiety but from what you are telling me i would think it could well be to do with your neck and shoulders - maybe go and see your GP and they can refer you to an osteopath or suchlike.

thanks lem - I am pretty stressed most of the time so it could be that - also think I clench my jaw pretty tightly.

But it is a neurological symptom so should rule out more serious things I suppose.
