why do my eyes feel strained

my eyeballs hurt, it hurts to have my eyes open. Not constant, gets worse on a night ans when I look at light so I sometimes have to stop watching tv.

have you been to the optician?

is your eye sight okay? do you use a computer a lot? I think you can buy stuff to help with eye strain from boots.

you are supposed to get your eyes checked every 2 years. I recently got glasses just for reading at the age of 39.
