health anx and flem problem

really worried , this morning my morning flem had blood in it , i was clearing my throat , help in total panic , have sinus issues as blocked nose in morning , am having ears syringed next week as bad and crackley .....

can someone calm me down ?

Do you have phlem all the time at night?, I do everytime I lie down for a long period and get up and have it, I have just been diagnosed with asthma. I also had a bit of blood in it as well. Best thing is a doctors appointment. Hope you are better soon.

yes kind of , happened last wek as well and i went to doctors and told her she said nothing to worry about ,i brushed my teeth night before and a lot of blood on my gums bleed so thought was that as went straight to sleep after brushing them , iv ben to docs 3 x in as many weeks with sore throat and flem stuff , but that does seem to have past , although i do still get white flem in day a bit not as much as i did then in morning , as i clear throat as nose blocked and bit stuffed up ...my ears are crackle and having them syringed next week , but this morning frightened me ...wasnt loads but as i sort of cleared my throat got blood ....
as health anx sufferer I'm all over the place , will try get appt tomz with docs , last week she assured me i don't have TC which was my concern ...sorry big moan thanks for listening ....

Awww, you can't help but worry. Perhaps its all part of a virus, I hope all goes well at the doctors and you get to the bottom of it. It is scary when you don't know what is wrong with you and you feel rough, hope you feel better soon.
