Hangover type headaches daily

I have never suffered from headaches until 6 months ago but recently they are getting progressively worse. It starts each day roughly the same time (noon) which I can only describe as a polluted, hangover type headache. No pounding, no pain but just like a serious boozy hangover. I've been experiencing a lot of gerd and was wondering if there maybe a correlation? I'm drinking tons of water to 'wash' the headache away but no difference is made. Anyone experienced similar symptoms?
I've had blood tests but all is normal.

Could you ask your doctor to check your ear, nose and throat

Some headaches are brought on by infections/blockages in these areas.

Also worth a dental checkup too.

Do you know what they blood tests were checking for?

I've had a terrible time with my sinuses in the past with post nasal drip etc but symptoms were never accompanied with a headache. Since using a sinus rinse I haven't had problems for over two years so I'll be surprised if the headache is related to that.
Initial blood tests were for fatigue and hair loss which has been corrected with iron tablets (low ferritin) - everything is back to normal in that department now.
The headache feels like the morning after a couple of bottles of red - like the liver has to work overtime.
