3 month old teething?

Hi everyone, my DD is 3 months (14 weeks to be precise) and she has been very fussy and droolling a lot in the past week or so. She chews on everything she gets her hands on (muslin cloths, my knuckles, toys and her own fist/fingers) and is pulling away from the breast although there's definitely plenty of milk there. She also seems to be bringing up milk a bit more often than she used to.
I suspect she might be teething and gave her some Calpol last night to help her sleep better as the night before she'd wake up every three hours and would take forever to settle. Happy to say Calpol worked and she slept much much better.
I know it's possible for babies to start teething months before the first teeth cut through. I'm planning to get Bonjela, but I read that it's best to use it after a feed as it numbs the gums/tongue. My problem is, DD is not really feeding well as she's pulling away from the breast screaming - is there anything I can give her that will ease her pain and let her eat? I read about Nelsons granules, Dentinox gel but I'm a bit clueless. Please share what worked for you!
