Not eating fresh fruit

Please could someone point me to some printout-able facts about the dangers of not eating fresh fruit and the advantages of eating it? For myself and another family member (both reluctant fruit eaters). Thanks.

It is not dangerous to not eat fruit. Fruit is a good source of vitamins and dietary fibre, but you won't die if you avoid it.

You need vitamin C but can also get it from potatoes and rose hips, you don't necessarily need to eat oranges or kiwi.

doesnt have to be fresh and doesnt have to be fruit e.g. tinned, dried fruit is fine and so are all sorts of veggies. I prefer veg to fruit tbh.
