I've been ill a few times tonight and don't feel great. But my main worry is if it's a bug is there a fair chance I'll give it to my DS who is 7.5 months old? I still breastfeed him so will I give him all the anti bodies and stop him from getting.

If it is a bug then be prepared for a messy cot! I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it's to fe expected this time of year, 2 of my dc's have had it already and they are dropping like flies at school Hmm

as Fanjango says, if it is a bug, good chance your DS will get it. Breastfeeding might not be enough depending on the bug. First sign of sickness/runny nappies in one so young, take him to the GP asap. He will be fine, don't worry - but don't rely on MN advice. If he's sick before you can get him to Drs, keep his fluids up, either with breastmilk or water.
