Constantly breaking sweat...why?

I'm fed up with gushing sweat three or four times a day - uncontrollably, so much I'm left soaked and my surroundings dripped on. It starts at random, and not if I exercise, oddly.

45, a bit fat, just gone on the pill. Any thoughts? Drinking about 3-4 litres a day and pee still very dark from the dehydration.

Is it hot flushes from menopause?

Corygal · 29/10/2013 20:31

I don't know, but surely I can't be having hot flushes if I'm on the pill?

you should go and talk to your gp if you are dehydrated even though you are drinking that much.

As far as Im aware menopause related symptoms aren't cured by taking the pill? Wouldn't everyone take it for that if it did?

If you are dehydrated even after drinking that much through the day then you definitely need to see your GP.
