Desperately seeking chicken pox vaccine

DD1 has health issues, paediatrician has advised GP to give chicken pox vaccine - GP can't source any.

Does anyone know where I may be abke to track some down? DD1 is 3yo so can't have the adult version.

Thanks in advance

there is no adult chicken pox vaccines, just the shingles one. Any private GP should be able to source the vaccine for you.

I got mine vaccinated against chicken pox at a travel clinic. If you google for a travel clinic in your area then you might be able to find one. It wasn't cheap though - £120 for a course of two injections. HTH.

go back to the paediatrician and ask where you can get it?

Tell GP to ask his local Travel Clinic. That is where my ds had his and they must access it from somewhere!

My ds was 3 at the time when he had Travel Clinic jab.
