Thrush like irritable discharge but not thrush???

I have a yellowish -greenish irritable discharge for the past 5 or so years. I as initially told it is thrush. I have been treated with tablets, creams etc various times but it always comes back. For the last few times I got a swab done, it did not come out as thrush or anything for that matter. It becomes heaviest just before my periods, so much that I need to use a panty liner to absorb it. It then stops when my periods start and come back a couple of days after my periods have stopped. I can't wear any underwear, leggings etc but very breathable cotton. My work trousers stink like bad fish after a few days. has anyone ever suffered from something similar? What did you do? Please help. I'm so desperate to find a solution and sick of constantly scratching myself Halloween Blush

Bacterial vaginosis? I would try the over the counter treatment activ gel and have a google of dosage for probiotics and get some of those

I'd say BV too, boots sells BV Active which is a gel applied inside the vagina.

Hi good and Karen,

Thank your for your replies. I will have a look into this. Surprised that the GPs never suggested this in 5 years:S
