depot provera injection

I had depo injection in May 13 and should have had 2nd shot in August but didn't go back for it. I haven't had a period since June but spotted almost everyday until end of August
I'm now having pregnancy symptoms, sore breast (only ever had in pregnancy and never before a period), lower back and stomach cramps, dull leg cramps and nausea (especially after smelling coffee).
I have taken 5 pregnancy tests and all negative.
Has anyone else experienced these symptoms after finishing depo?

Sore boobs are common after stopping any firm of birth control. And cramps from spotting. I think it could be just your hormones adjusting.

i have a combination of things:

-pain when having sex
-cramping
-sore and huge boobs
-bloating
-nausea
-smell and food aversions
-cramping

im at my wits end :(
