itchy breast

This is slightly odd but since I have a name change thought I would see if anyone else gets this or if it should be checked out. My right breast gets really itchy, not the sort of itch you can relive by scratching its like it's under the skin around the nipple. I think the skin may be a bit puckered too but I only stopped breastfeeding a few months ago so still got that empty look. (Lovely)

All I can say is have it checked. Any breast changes should be investigated. I think your symptoms are probably the after effects of bf but you should still tell a doctor about them.

Agree with tgl, it needs investigating.

Do get it checked, always a wise move.

that said, I've had exactly that - also after hormonal upsurges (IVF and miscarriages in my case) and it was purely hormonal, and benign changes. But I did have it investigated, and so should you Smile

Thanks all. I need to get something really embarrassing checked out so will ask about the itching breast at same time.

Elibeen was it just the one breast with you too?
