I have a spot under my boob - sort of in the crease where it joins my chest (just above where the underwire for my bra sits). It's been there for a few months & doesn't bother me, but I caught it on my towel when drying myself after my showers this morning & it was soo painful! Has anyone had this & got any tips for how to got rid of it? It's definitely a spot & not a lump.
