Ok trying not to panic. I have always had a pea shaped hard lump above my left boob. It's about in line with the top of my cleavage.
Lately however I've been losing weight (three down and another three to go) and I'm becoming far more aware of it.
When I'm slumping forward it's not visible but when I sit back I can see it under the skin.
I know I should go and get it checked shouldn't I 
but am almost sure it's nothing and to be honest a bit frightened.
