Can anyone help me work out what meals to have? Now on medication to help the cramps/acid but need to work out how to change diet for the long term,
Apparently everything I like I should no longer eat so I reckon as I don't eat meat I'm destined for a life of mash & rice!
Any inspiration would be welcome!

Could you get a referral to a dietician? I went yesterday as I have osteoporosis & got some good advice on how to boost calcium & Vit D in my diet. Are you seeing a gastroenterologist or on meds?

Just on omeprazole, which seems the standard drug, I think it's diet related rather than anything inside, I'm being sent for a scan for gallstones though just in case.
I've got an appointment with a nutritionist in a few weeks for an unrelated matter but between now & then I'm just being cautious about what goes in, the pain is incredible I don't want to make it worse
