I am so fed up. Since having my DD just over 2 years ago my PMT symptoms have gone through the roof. For a week each month I feel so low - anxious, irritable, restless, hateful, nasty, tired...you get the idea.

Thankfully I have a pretty level mood for the rest of month so that is how I know that it is to do with my cycle (also had my bloods checked to make sure it was'nt a thyroid issue etc).

I have just now been doing a bit of research online and have purchased a book on Amazon called 'Beat PMS' by Maryon Stewart hoping that it will give me tips on how to handle my symptoms better. Apparently it has advice on diet and supplements etc.

I'm so fed up. Does anyone have any experience of following a special PMS beating diet - did it have an effect? Any golden nuggets of advice?
