Is it normal to have the same lumps in both breasts.

Hi all, I've recently stopped breastfeeding and still have a small amount of milk, a couple of months ago I noticed a lump under my nipple, the lump was like a ridge, rubbery and fairly large, when I checked my other breast I felt the same sized and shape lump in the same place under my nipple. I briefly mentioned them to my doctor during a postnatal check and she didn't examine me or seem concerned stating that it was probably the result of breastfeeding. Anyway the lumps are still there they aren't causing me any problems but i'm wondering whether to go to the doctors as I can be a bit of a worrier regarding my health.
My husband and close friends say that they doubt its anything to worry about due to the lumps being exactly the same and it could be normal breast tissue.
I'm just wondering if you think a trip to the gp is in order thanks.

I'd go, just to be on the safe side.
