Hi, have name changed for this as little embarrassing but here goes (least it isnt about penis beakers!). Since having my DC2 (2.5) I have had a small ish (1/4 cm diameter ish) lump on my labia..towards the front and on the outer area iyswim. It is slightly whiteish in colour and like a very small pea I guess. It hasnt grown in size at all over the two years (or maybe just slightly) and gives me no bother. Do I need to see the GP or does anyone else have any experience of this??? Thanks for reading and hopefully helping!

Hi. i have something that sounds similar. Took to GP who was not concerned. Still think it would be worth you going to see your GP though...if nothing else, just to put your mind at rest. x

It sounds like a sebaceous cyst. Go and see your gp, or nurse if you prefer and get them to have a look.

Google did point me in direction of sebaceous cyst but thinking a GP trip might stop it worrying away at me. Thanks.

I had something which sounds exactly the same although I can't promise it is obviously. It was a sebaceous cyst and I had the doctor sort it out one day when I had been referred for a dodgy smear - as they were in the area so to speak, the consultant injected it and sliced it with a scapel. Literally thirty seconds and it was gone. The relief! I had worried myself silly over it and once it had become horribly infected and I couldnt walk cos of the position iyswim. I had to emphasize the infection to make sure they dealt with it but six months later I still feel happy its been dealt with. My advice is to show it to the gp anyway and if it is a sebaceous cyst get them to refer you or whatever to get rid of it cos if the bugger gets infected its horrible...
